Certification reportsWaitlist open

Earn your green-building credits.

Your farm's verified data, drafted into a submission-ready certification report — credit by credit, in the format your reviewer expects. We produce the report you submit; the certifying authority awards the credits.

Reports are not on sale yet. Join the waitlist and we'll come to you when they open, with the systems you're pursuing already noted.

What you get

Two editions of every report.

Start with the slice your farm directly earns, or commission the whole scorecard. Both are drafted by AI and reviewed by a specialist before they reach you.

Contribution report

The credits your on-site farm directly earns — the farm and green-space evidence, drafted credit by credit.

  • Verified impact metrics: food grown, m² greened, water and carbon
  • Auditor-ready evidence file — dated photos, harvest and maintenance logs
  • Formatted for direct submission to your reviewer or assessor

Full certification report

The whole scorecard for a single building — every credit across every category, not only the ones the farm earns.

  • Whole-scorecard drafting with specialist-led coordination
  • A documented approach and checklist for each credit
  • Built for a single building or rolled out across a portfolio
Seventeen systems

The frameworks your buildings file against.

Green building, health, landscape, waste, and the disclosure frameworks that now ask for asset-level nature data.

Disclosure frameworks are re-issued each reporting year, on their own cycle. Every report is produced for a single building; portfolios are covered building by building.

The MicroHabitat edge

An on-site farm earns real credits — in every system.

A rooftop or urban farm is a directly qualifying compliance path, not a nice-to-have. That is the part no one else can write for you, and it is where every report we draft begins.

How it will work

Three steps, no commitment.

1

Join the waitlist

Tell us the building and which certifications you're pursuing. No account, no card.

2

We scope your report

We check what your farm already earns, what you'd need to supply, and come back with the scope in writing.

3

Reports open

When reports go on sale, waitlist members are contacted first, in the order they joined.

The waitlist

First in line, when reports open.

Certification reports are not on sale yet. Join the waitlist and we'll come to you when they open — with the systems you're pursuing already on file, so the first conversation starts from your building rather than from scratch.

Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Canopy — our sensor and biodiversity platform — is a separate product with its own waitlist.

Takes about a minute

We produce the report you submit. The authority awards the credits.

Straight answers

The honest questions, answered.

Can I buy a report today?

Not yet. Reports are not on sale — this page is a waitlist. When they open, we contact the people on this list first.

Do you guarantee certification?

No, and no one honestly can. MicroHabitat is not a certifying body. We draft the report you submit; the certifying authority reviews it and awards the credits.

What do you draft, and what do I supply?

We draft the requirements, credit narratives, documentation checklists and the recommended approach, plus every metric that comes from your farm. You supply your building's measured data — energy model, metered utilities, site surveys, product data. We never fabricate a measured number.

How does an on-site farm earn credits?

A vegetated or farmed roof is a directly qualifying compliance path in every major system — heat-island reduction, open space, food production, site ecology, community development. It is the part of your submission your farm already satisfies.

Is this the same as Canopy?

No. A report is a document we draft for one building and one system, which you then submit — it is finished when you file it. Canopy is instrumentation: a sensor array on the roof and a platform that keeps measuring, whether or not you ever file for a certification. Canopy's measurements are intended to feed future reports, so evidence is recorded rather than reconstructed — but each is a separate product with its own waitlist, and either works without the other.

What happens to my details?

They are stored so we can contact you about certification reports. No newsletter, no sharing with third parties, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
